    Single family, 2-story home just a few minutes walk from the Chesapeake Bay beaches. The community is very friendly and tight-knit. Owners and residents range from young military to young families, to professional couples, to retirees. It's been the most friendly neighborhood that I've ever lived in and a major reason it remains a future residence for me. (For the home flippers, I'm not interested in selling.) I manage the property from Alexandria, Va. I'm interested in tenants that will maintain the yard and decks in good condition, take care of minor items like a running toilet, and change out the HVAC filter regularly. (you'd be stunned what I've found) Living floor (Kitchen, great room, master bedroom, master bath, half bath) is on the second floor. Two bedrooms, full bath, and laundry room are on the first floor. Two second story decks, one opening off the great room in the front, one opening off the master bedroom and kitchen at the back. Large ground floor deck spans the width of the structure. Rear yard fenced with a 6' fence. 2021: Kitchen renovated. New, quiet appliances. Frigidaire Signature series microwave and range (externally vented range fan, induction cooktop, air-fry convection oven). Over the sink lighting, under cabinet lighting, and toe-kick lighting (all LED) nicely accent the space. 2021: Master Bath renovated. Dual sink vanity, new shower, additional storage and work space added. 2020: All flooring replaced or refinished. Hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms. Master bedroom and steps are carpeted. Rest of flooring new vinyl wood-veneer plank flooring. All popcorn ceiling removed and reworked smooth and painted. All rooms painted with updated, tasteful colors. Two of three bathrooms renovated with new vanities/granite, toilets, flooring, painting and quiet vent fans and light fixtures. Two of three bedroom closets replaced, with lighting installed. Three of four sliding glass doors replaced with energy efficient doors or windows. Additional window installed in first floor large bedroom to create an airy space. New window treatments installed at new windows. Exterior lighting installed in back to make the large back deck open and friendly at night. Greatly expanded shelving in the large garage for additional storage. Heat pump and air handler (HVAC) installed 2014. One and a half car garage, easily accommodate most vehicles and storage. Verizon FiOS is wired to the house. I'll provide an application and draft lease for your review once I have your email address. If you'd like to go forward with a verification and background checks, let me know so I may forward you that service (there is a fee required by the service's website). If your current employment income is not available through that background check, I'll need proof of income. - Tenant responsible for utilties. (No HOA fees.) - Pets considered on a case by case basis. $300 pet fee, per pet. Tenant liability for pet damage not limited to deposit. - HOA rules prohibit parking off the driveway or storage of boat, trailers, etc.
