All rooms painted with updated, tasteful colors. Two of three bathrooms renovated with new vanities/granite, toilets, flooring, painting and quiet vent fans and light fixtures. Two of three bedroom closets replaced, with lighting installed. Three of four sliding glass doors replaced with energy efficient doors or windows. Additional window installed in first floor large bedroom to create an airy space. New window treatments installed at new windows. Exterior lighting installed in back to make the large back deck open and friendly at night. Greatly expanded shelving in the large garage for additional storage. Heat pump and air handler (HVAC) installed 2014. One and a half car garage, easily accommodate most vehicles and storage. Verizon FiOS is wired to the house.
