Just bought this home and currently renovating it. Wanted to get it on the market in case potential tenants needed lead time to lease. So please use your imagination a bit with the pictures as big changes are coming. 1. All stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. 2. New paint (Revere Pewter--a soft gray) throughout the house. 3. Vinyl plank flooring in the family room and Master Bedroom (and maybe in the 2 secondary bedrooms--no firm decision on that yet.) That is a working jacuzzi in the Master Bath. Relax while the jets massage all those tired muscles. (Wine not included.) A great neighborhood. Everyone is so friendly. Highly ranked Swift Creek Middle School and Buck Lake Elementary School within walking distance (or at least riding a bike). Very safe neighborhood with many children walking to and from school. Also very close to JR Alford Greenway, a huge natural area for walking, hiking, fishing and many other outdoor activities. Really, you just have to live here to see what great neighbors you will have. Lawn and other landscaping maintenance are tenants responsibilities as well as gutters. Tenant pays for all utilities. Absolutely no smoking and no smokers. Absolutely no pets. Personally, I understand how you may love your furry child but as a landlord I have had experiences in the past (we learn from our mistakes) that even the most well trained and cleanest pet can result in very expensive damages. Beside the expense, then there is my own time spent in correcting the damages. So please, don't even respond to this ad if you have a pet. (By pet, I mean a cat or a dog or other animal that is runs loose in the house. Fish in a bowl--that stay in the bowl--are acceptable.)
