Only liking for 1 person. This is a fully furnished private room with a private bathroom in a 4 bedroom home. The home is in a nice, safe neighborhood in Northwest Santa Rosa called Woodbridge. I live here (36 year old female) and my 17 year old daughter (great kid!) is here half the time. We have a great seating area in the backyard with an umbrella, heaters and fire pit. The kitchen is very spacious and includes appliances such as: microwave, oven, toaster oven, juicer, electrical teapot, blender, pots, pans, cups, utensils, plates, etc. The bedroom is fully furnished with a very comfortable bed, dresser and closet. The bathroom is fully cleaned with new paint, towels, hand soap and bath salts for a relaxing first nights stay. Laundry room is upstairs and there is driveway parking. We have an old german shepherd and a cat. I'm open to having a roommate with a pet. Our hobbies include traveling, jogging, bicycling, yoga, cooking, going to live music shows & living a positive lifestyle. Rent will be $1200 with a $500 deposit. All utilities and wifi are included. Looking for a travel nurse with a fixed period of time to rent. I'm open to different durations.
