Quad-level home with circle drive on corner lot Neighborhood Description Neighborhood is mostly older people, empty nesters. It is usually very quiet, although there are a few families with teenagers with loud stereos that drive too fast - I imagine just like any neighborhood in the state. There is a homeowners association, in which the members take turns taking care of the common "park" on the lakefront. Although we are told we have lake access, there is really nowhere to launch a boat, unless you want to brave the "park" grass hill - and there are no gas-powered motors allowed on the lake. The homeowners association recently added a couple of truckloads of sand to the lakefront access, so there is a swimming area. It is a nice neighborhood all in all.
