About a mile from Tiverton Four Corners (ice cream, cozy restaurants, galleries, unique shops, little library, etc.) AND the house is also walkable to Evelyn's and the Black Goose, for some delicious summer eats. Walk or bike down a bit further to Grinnell's Beach, Coastal Roasters and much more, so close! The distinct charm is this area is unrivaled. IT IS TRUE HEAVEN ON EARTH!
