Welcome to this one-of-a-kind Quaint A-Frame Cabin in the Bershires! Surrounded by beautiful scenery and plenty of interesting activities, our adorable A-Frame combines location and convenience with a cozy, woodsy experience! We are open to monthly and multi-month renters who want to experience a classic New England area - towns filled with lakes, mountains, restaurants and shopping as well as outdoor activities for hikers, bikers, skiiers/snowboarders and outdoor enthusiasts. We only ask for you to treat our place as you would your own, with kindness, a gentle touch and respect for cleaning and maintaining both inside and out. Both wireless internet and garbage pick-up can be arranged. The cabin is fully furnished and has a new washer and dryer for the tenant/s. Tenant's will be responsible for the propane and electric bill each month. We ask that small children not be permitted upstairs in the loft area for safety reasons. We will consider a house-trained dog or two who does not chew or have any inside accidents. Unfortunately, we are allergic to cats and therefore cannot allow cats. We prefer multi-month rentals and will collect a $800 security deposit and first month's rent initially, along with a $200 pet deposit and additional $100 per month per animal added to the monthly rent of $2000.00. We expect the property to maintained as good as the condition upon arrival and any damage will come out of the security deposit after the lease ends. The cabin can have internet and garbage collection set up, but the cost will be the responsibility of the tenant. We have a person who plows the driveway in the winter, but the tenant would have to shovel a short path on the deck to get to the front door over the winter.
