Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. -Applicant must be a non-smoker. -An employment verification will be performed for all adults on the lease. Letter or Employment, Offer Letter or current paystubs are sufficient. -Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom. -Prospective tenants will be required to obtain a renters insurance with $300,000.00 minimum liability coverage upon signing the lease.
