This house makes a great home! Honestly there is nothing that bothers me about this house and I would love to just keep it and stay but I need it sold. House has had a lot of work since it was purchased most recently the kitchen was done with a nice solid paint. Before that all dry rot was replaced and new paint on exterior at beginning of summer. Few years ago all new flooring was installed right after master bath was completely redone. When I bought the house about 7 years ago the house had some wall changes and a pantry added. Recessed lighting was put in then all new texture on all walls and ceilings except for bedroom walls. Willing to pay buying agent commissions if you have an agent.
