Deposit & Cleaning Fee: A $1,500 refundable deposit is required. A $300 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. Prior to move-in and at departure, walkthrough will be conducted. Upon departure, $1,200 of the deposit will be refunded, unless there are damages. Any repair costs will be deducted from the refund.
