The house will hopefully be available on July 17th. August 1st at the latest. The previous occupants are out on June 30th but they left a fairly large recovery project. Repairs include: Hot tub repair man, front and back yard will be turfed, electric car charger fixed, house updated from a 100watt amp to a 200watt amp, and normal in-home repairs. Looking for a small family or a friendly, clean group of friends. After applications are submitted, my fiancee and I will interview any potential occupants. Pets are only accepted after we have met the pets. A potential pet fee may apply $6100 for 1 year. Would love someone who plans on staying for multiple years. Occupants will be evaluated after 1 year. Absolutely no one allowed to use it as a room -Fully fenced in the backyard for pets or children -Beautiful garden in the back with orange trees, artichoke plants, and tangerines - eat them all.
