I bought this home in 2012 as a foreclosure and completely gutted and renovated it. At this point it is 90% complete. The master bath is the last room to be renovated, i have most of the material to finish the renovation, which I am currently working on. I will adjust my price accordingly, as the renovation progresses. I will post more pics in the next few days to give a more complete picture of your possible future home.
