As we removed the old homesite, and divided the nearly 3 acre parcel into two 1.4 acre lots, the builder and his architect teamed up to create the perfect plan for the perfect property...Here you have it! Completion to be around May/June 2021. Every home is built paying attention to the foundation and the efficiency of each home. Although customers may never see what is behind the walls or in the foundation, we are very proud of the extra steps we take to make each home built for a "lifetime".
