I am currently getting a new refrigerator placed in the apartment by June 2nd. The owner also allows you to enjoy the backyard for some light gardening and relaxation near the apartment. It is less than 1 mile from 2 large shopping centers and restaurants. The highways 95 and 40 are are easily accessible for a commuter. You can also easily drive to Bel Air or enjoy the beautiful surrounding parks and recreational water facilities. All utilities are included except internet/cable. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. No smoking is allowed on the property. Due to increased demand showings are available from 9am-1pm from May 25th-May 27th but you must contact the owner at least 12 hours in advance.
