Tenants to allow property owner to enter the home for repairs, and allow entrance to property once a month to change the air filter (can be scheduled with tenant for time). Pet Policy: Tenant may not keep any animals or pets on the property without written consent from the property owner after review of the pet based on the breed, quantity, and demeanor. Pets must be properly licenseced, vaccinated, and tagged in accordance with local laws. If allowed, renter is to sign separate pet policy agreement and pay one time pet deposit of $500 (non-refundalbe). Tenant is responsible for any damage to flooring, doors, landscaping, or other parts of the property caused by pets.
