this home has a new root that cost me 10,000 dollars and the home need new floors but I have put a lot of money into the house i been living here all of my life the house to way it sets is worth over 17500,000 the land that the house is on is worth 200,000 by its self and who buy this home would be getting the house and the land for 175,000 this is a good deal
