    What the owner loves about this home
    I love this close proximity to everything within 30 minutes I’m fishing or there’s great brim and bass fishing and if you love catfish that too . I love it close proximity to bigger towns without being suffocated by the bigger towns. We are selling because we are looking for something more rual so that we can have some larger animals and do some homesteading type life so that’s why we’re selling we’re gonna be giving up the convenience of everything being close for that lifestyle but it’s a trade-off. We’ve had great utility bills even in that really bad epic ice storm we had the highest we had was 350 for electric when everybody else we knew of was complaining of bills over 500 just for their electric and our water and electric together maybe hit 400 combined so it’s very good on the budget but like I said, I don’t know what we’re getting into in the country but it’s a lifestyle wanting so we’re selling this house.
