We're looking for someone quiet and responsible to fill this efficiency apartment. This space would be ideal for 1 person who enjoys living in close quarters with nature. The apartment is attached to our home but has a private entrance. Inside you'll find a fridge, cooktop, microwave, large bathroom and spacious closet in the bedroom. We can offer it semi-furnished or unfurnished. It also has access to shared laundry with the main house and off street parking. The monthly price is $1,000 + between $50 - $100 for utilities monthly (includes electric, water, trash, internet) based on usage. Flexible lease terms.
