This room is on the main floor, it includes a keypad to the room for enhanced security and privacy. Access to the backyard that includes hot tub and fire pit, as well as BBQ, smoker, and free entertainment from the goats! Due to our cats we are not allowing other four legged friends at this time. Our cats did not do well unfortunately with the last roommates'. Other pets could be negotiated on a case by case basis. We are pretty quiet people, we don't party, sometimes we might have a game night or family over for dinner. At the end of the day we are tired after work and just like to relax. Ideally we are looking for someone for a 6 month to 1 year lease. MINIMUM LEASE is 3 months. 6 month minimum term lease and 30 day notice required for move out. Smoking only outside. No vaping in the house. No drug use, including Marijuana. Renter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of bathroom and picking up after themselves in common areas. All damages caused by tenant will be tenants responsibility and may be responsible for cost above deposit upon move out. Detailed photos will be documented for current condition of rented space.
