You'll be living in relatively quiet area in Rosedale, NY. This rental is a studio, it has a great sunny living/shared room space with new kitchen appliances and a remodeled washroom. Also, this studio is near public transportation (various options), supermarkets, restaurants laundromat and shopping areas. If accepted, Landlords will require a copy of Tenant's License, Social Security Card and 3 of applicant's most recent paystubs. A background check will be conducted on Tenant, once background check is cleared, accepted Tenant will be allowed to move in. Upon moving in, Tenant is responsible for First Month's Rent, Security Deposit and Agent Fee which sums to $3,700.00 ($1,250.00 + 1,250.00 + 1,200.00). Tenant is responsible for paying monthly rent the 1st of each month. There is a 10-day extension on rent, after the 10-day extension period there will be a $50.00 late fee. Rental Lease is yearly, to renew your lease Tenant must notify Landlord 2 months prior to end of lease, if not Landlord will assume Tenant will vacate property. Leaving before lease comes to term, Tenant will be responsible to pay each month until Rental Lease is terminated. Rent Maybe subjected to increase after lease ends. Utilities are included in rent, there is wifi access. No smoking in or on residence/property. If agreed to terms, there is Landlord application that must be signed prior to moving in.
