The pond is fully recreational, you can launch your own jet ski or boat right from your own small beach. There is also a small dock. The monthly rental price includes full cable and wifi. Home has electric heat and an AC that cools the entire cottage in summer. Tenant to pay electric bill. The lease will be for a full year from October 1, 2022 through September 31, 2023. First, last and security will be required. Monthly rental fee includes full cable and wifi. Tenant will be responsible for paying electric, which is how the cottage is heated.
