Unfortunately the home does not have AC but there are new ceiling fans in all the rooms. There are washer and dryer hook ups inside the home. The home would be best suited for 2 adults occupying the master bedroom and a child occupying the smaller room or 2 adults each occupying 1 of the rooms. Although the unit is fairly large occupancy can not exceed 3 people. It is just too small and it would just be too cramped. Lots of closet space. Home is and has been well maintained.
