    2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit in a 2 unit duplex on a cul-d-sac street near Eden Hospital in Castro Valley. There is an enclosed private front yard with a lawn and an enclosed private rear concrete yard. There is an enclosed private single car garage for your use. The house has oak hardwood floors, and tiled marble bathroom floors. Recent remodel was competed that included new dual pane windows, new wall insulation, electrical systems, and wall heater. Freshly painted with neutral colors. The stove, microwave, and fridge are all fairly new. With in 1 year. Rooms are fairly large. Main room is large enough for a queen bed and smaller room can accommodate a full bed. Unfortunately the home does not have AC but there are new ceiling fans in all the rooms. There are washer and dryer hook ups inside the home. The home would be best suited for 2 adults occupying the master bedroom and a child occupying the smaller room or 2 adults each occupying 1 of the rooms. Although the unit is fairly large occupancy can not exceed 3 people. It is just too small and it would just be too cramped. Lots of closet space. Home is and has been well maintained. No utilities are included Landscaping maintenance is included in the lease. We can no longer accept applicants that have had a prior eviction. We can no longer accept applicants with pets. We have tried that several times before and it has never worked out. A low credit score will be ok. We like to help folks out that are attempting to build up their credit score. The only fee is a back ground check that is fairly simple and straight forward. I think it is 45 dollars. It does include a credit check. The current tenants are still occupying the unit and are slotted to move out in July but have agreed to allow showings with some notice.
