10 acres of Beautiful mountainside property. south facing with over 180 degree view of the mountains. . you can see the milky way on clear nights. it is 3 miles up a maintained dirt road. property has a so far yr round creek.. with several large cedars along the creek. the creek cuts thru the center of the property and there is another home site on the other side of the creek . the property is in the shape of an elongated rectangle. majority of property is hilled. with a road easement for other neighbors, and a private road for you and your next door neighbors. your neighbors are older residents. quiet and respectful well educated. the home site on the other side of the creek is more private and is designed to accomodate a future septic system, . there needs to be a bridge or culvert installed across the creek to develop that side. the home site that i am currently sitting on, is near the legal easement , close to the electricity, if you want it. i was quoted at around 3200 last year, im sure its a few hundred more by now. we check first before i assert any fact on that. Phone IS installed , and i am enjoying some high speed internet from the comfort of my rural cabin. i was looking at the great pyramids on google earth just the other day. house is stick built style, 2x6 walls with r-19 and all that jazz. let me say NOT DONE BY A PROFESSIONAL, it is very comfortable in the winter. needs lots of cosmetic work though. typically, i think i get with burning just around 3.5 cords on average. fenced back yard and garden area. very large porches. back porch in process of being enclosed to be a workshop. house will include large awesome woodstove. i run my electronics and power tools off my generator inverter battery bank system, its pretty basic , but it does the trick. lots of wildlife around here, i even photographed a giant bull moose in my yard. looked 15 ft tall !! the property also has a dug well with the large concrete well tiles. so to sum up the property one side is a high up plataue with the 180 degrees of view near legal easement the go down hill to creek, cross over creek and other homesite/s are more nested down in the trees. i say homesites because there are actually several nice flat spots for homes on that other private side. as well, go down the hill 3 miles tovisit the Onion Creek General store for snacks supplies hot food meet with neighbors. and 3 miles down the road from there is a small school for primary level and middle schcool kids. 15 miles north , is northport with a small grocery store, post office, laundry, restauraunts , boat launch into the columbia. and then the city of Colville has all the stuff, lumber hardware , sporting goods, westside pizza !!!
