It has granite counter tops stainless steal appliances and in apartment washer and dryer. Two separate bathroom sinks with the whole industrial feel for the apartment. I am purchasing a house and need someone to take the rest of my lease by Jan 18. Can move in earlier if need to. I will be willing to move out as early as Dec 31. My lease will end August 31, so if you want something new by next school year you don't have to worry.
