The available room is on the small size, but cozy for single occupancy. The common area which includes the living room, dining room and kitchen are very spacious. The room is located in the upstairs original unit of this property. Includes an outdoor laundry area with a washer and dryer. More photos will be posted soon. NO SMOKING, NO DRUG USE, NO EXCESSIVE ALCHOHOL USE, NO BURNING OF CANDLES AND NO PETS ALLOWED. NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS ARE ALLOWED WITHOUT THE LANDLORDS APPROVAL. One covered parking stall is available for the tenants use upon request. Tenant must be able to keep their area neat and tidy, as well as contributing to keep the common areas and bathroom clean. Each tenant is responsible for purchasing their own cleaning supplies including their own trash bags and paper towels. All of your personal items must be kept in your own room.
