If the tenant creates a Pest Control issue, they will be charged to remove any Pests All Maintenance requests need to be in writing Renters are required to keep the Premises, including but not limited to all plumbing fixtures, facilities and appliances, in a clean and Safe condition and use all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating,air conditioning in a proper and reasonable manner Tenants will not deliberately or negligently destroy, deface, damage or remove any part of the Premises (including all facilities, appliances and fixtures) or permit any person. Appliances will be furnished ,but will not be replaced if they stop working. Tenants are not to install any potentially hazardous outdoor recreational equipment or attractive nuisances including but not limited to trampolines, pools greater than 12 inches in depth, dog houses, swing sets, etc.; Renter will immediately remove any personal property on the Premises upon termination of this lease. Property not so removed shall become the property of the Landlord who may remove said property at Tenant's expense
