It has a two-car attached garage, It is on a corner lot with two side yards. The basement has a portion that is partially finished, great for messy projects or play area for kids but does get some seepage with heavy rains so not designed for carpet or items on the floor. The front step needs cement repairs and we are scheduling them now. The neighborhood is quiet and very stable - lots of kids in the area and wonderful neighbors. * We want to find the right match for our house and will be conducting extensive background checks including criminal, credit, employment, evictions and will be calling references. We would prefer no pets but will consider. We require no smoking. Renter pays all utilities (electric, gas, waster/sewer, trash)
