Rental of a small part of the barn and the paddock is negotiable for a fee and approval of animals to be kept. Short-term rental for people in-between housing, on short contracts with a local company, or digital nomads welcome, but 1-year lease also welcome. No smoking/vaping/growing weed or tobacco inside or outside of house. Utilities (electric and propane), yard work maintenance, and wi-fi are renter's responsibility, but for added monthly rental fee, can be included with monthly caps on usage for short term rentals (not 1-year leases). Garbage and septic included in rent. Well-water is on a pump, so part of electric bill. No pets, unless negotiated. Outdoor barn/yard cats belong to landlord must remain outdoors (landlord allergic to cats) and must be safe from traps or outdoor poisons or animals.
