This is a short-term rental only (30+ days) between Sept 12 - Oct 25. If renting directly on Zillow, we will need to run a background check and collect a deposit to secure the rental for you. We will have a cleaning team come once a week to wash dishes, do laundry (optional) and clean the house (no additional charge to the guest of course).
