One parking spot provided on driveway pad. The apartment will be available February 1st. References and recent credit report are required, one month security deposit, rent is $1,600 per month, all utilities included. No smoking or pets except for a well socialized dog that gets along with our dogs. All utilities and high speed internet included in monthly rent.
