The apartment is a furnished one bedroom, open concept living room, nice picture window view with a small kitchenette, private bathroom, outdoor space and private entrance. No pets allowed. The owner lives in upstairs apartment. The owner does have a pet so if you are allergic to dogs you should not apply. Credit check will be done and phone reference required. Security deposit will be used to replace broken or damaged items after the resident has moved out. Security deposit will be returned as appropriate within two weeks of departure via check. Month to month with a maximum of four months rental. Owner pays snow removal, electric, septic. Tenant will pay their own trash/ recycle removal. For months of December to March tenant will pay $60 per month extra for propane heat.
