The potential I have is amazing. 3 BR, 2 and 1/2 Bath, carport, storage shed and I am all brick. I would clean up so so cute. Only thing I want to be sure to keep is my deer family in the yard. They come and go as they see fit and they are fun to watch. My appliances stay except my dishwasher doesn't work. I have loads of storage and even a formal dinning room and formal living room with a fireplace (wood burning). My den with its wood burning fireplace leads to my cool back yard . I am priced to sell, but my sellers will NOT do any repairs.
