    What's special

Welcome to this picturesque property with a perfect balance of natural beauty and rustic charm. With an easy 30-minute commute to Kingston and 45 minutes to West Knoxville, you cannot beat the location or privacy. A long gravel driveway with a gated entry leads to a custom-built cabin nestled in a secluded haven with 25.03 acres lined with trees, plus just the right amount of cleared land complete with orchid trees and plenty of room for wildlife to roam the property, rich with deer, turkey, and other wildlife. Also, birdwatcher's delight! The cabin features front and rear covered porches, a perfect place to relax and unwind, a large deck for entertaining, a custom fire pit to enjoy on chilly nights, and star gazing. As you enter inside, you are greeted by stunning wood floors throughout the main level, a cozy living room with a wood stove, and a new patio door. The spacious and fully stocked kitchen features a large central island, open shelving, plenty of cabinets, a large pantry, an eat-in kitchen, a multi-space area that could serve as an office, and a laundry room with extra storage. There are two good-sized bedrooms, a full bath, and many recent updates. The oversized detached garage was built in 2015 with a workshop, loft storage, and a third bay perfect for storing lawn equipment, etc. A large storage shed with power, a carport, RV parking, and a raised garden also exist. The property is being sold fully furnished except for a wall clock, family pictures, and a host of items in the garage, including an air compressor and zero-turn mower. This paradise is near the Catoosa Wildlife Management area, a large game-management area in Morgan and Cumberland Counties. It contains 82,000++ acres of wild land administered by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency. Approximately half of the area lies in Morgan County. For management purposes, Catoosa is divided into two sections: Genesis (west side) and Bicolor (east side). Daddy's Creek is the dividing line for the two sections. Hunters and fishermen provide funds for the area through licensing fees, and it is a popular spot for many outdoor activities. Recreational opportunities include trails for hiking and backpacking, including the famous Cumberland Trail, gravel roads and dirt track four-wheel drive roads for motorized travel, and white-water rafting. The Catoosa WMA lies within the Emory River Drainage, divided by several major stream drainages, including the Obed River, Daddy's Creek, Clear Creek, and Otter Creek. The Emory River meets the Obed River in the southeast corner of the area. Terrain elevations range from 1,100 to 2,300 feet, with deep canyons cut by the streams. The entire area is forested, and wildlife populations have been restored. The healthy deer herd regularly produces trophy bucks for hunters, and wild turkey numbers are growing fast. Other game animals include the European wild boar, fox squirrels, gray squirrels, ruffed grouse, raccoons, quail, rabbits, and mourning doves. Game fish include smallmouth bass, rock bass, bluegill, and muskellunge. What more could you ask for, hunting, fishing, and loving every minute? Buyer and buyer's agent to satisfy all information provided by the appropriate professionals.
