The walk out basement consists of a bedroom with a full bed, a family room that has another full bed in it, a full bathroom and laundry room (washer/dryer). The house is technically 3 bedrooms, but could count the bed in the basement as a separate bedroom, up to tenants to decide. WEEKLY SUMMER: Saturday to Saturday only. Check in is 3pm, check out is 11am (unless other arrangements have been made). Depending on the week requested, price varies. Ie. A week in June is less expensive than a week in July. Matunuck community boasts two restaurants/bars, a pizza place, a surf shop, a coffee shop, local market w/ deli, and an ice cream shop (seasonal). Two beaches both within walking distance.
