It currently has two building on it, a well house, and a small shed. It had two large buildings, including a home on it till 2011 when it burned. I purchased the property from a state auction with the intention of building a cheap rental house on the foundation that is still there(its in pretty decent condition) and connecting it to the septic system in place. This is a HUGE savings considering that a new well and septic system costs around $15,000 by themselves. The property also has a rural water tap already paid to it if you don't want well water or the expense of well EQ.
