This 1926 bungalow is the "Hamilton" model from Sears and Roebuck's "Sears Modern Homes" line of catalog houses. The house retains all of the original architectural features of the "Hamilton" model including the original mantle and fireplace in the living room and window bench/seat in the dining room. The Sears "Honor Bilt" line of homes were constructed with old-growth timber and you'll find the original oak, maple and pine floors throughout the house.
