The Back porch And the two car garage are two of my favorite hangout spots. The yard has unlimited rock gardens and many other places to plant your favorite plants. I have had a vegetable garden four or five times. The drive way is unique but can fit 7 or 8 vehicles at once. I had the roof replaced in May of 2021. The home is a 3 utility home. The heating is oil. I also have electric and gas but the gas is only used for the stove and the fire place. The bathrooms are great in this house. Both full bathrooms have 2 showers/ tub and the master bathroom has a glass shower with a garden tub. The master also has a walk in closet. The other two rooms are great sizes and can be used as guestrooms or they would be great for a child or adult. The kitchen has big windows by the kitchen table and I love to watch the birds eating at the feeder on the back porch. The kitchen has a awesome bar and the living room is very spacious with high ceilings. I love this house. I've replaced so many things. Painted rooms, changed every light fixture, re built front and back porches, installed new duct work under the house. I've also replaced every appliance in the home. Dish washer included. It's hard to pick one thing about this house but you have to love it's location. It's in the cape school district and is miles from Milton or harbison. Not to mention how close we are to the beach. This house is my place of peace no matter what time of year. I think it would be a lot of people's place of peace. Any questions reach out.
