A Clinton Mills executive, A. C. Young, hired George Reid to build this house in 1963. Materials include hardwood floors in the master bedroom, second bedroom, and all closets as well as a quarry tile floor in what originally was the screen porch. The septic system, with an over-sized drain field, operates maintenance-free. 2018 Laurens County property tax is $1407.46.
