Move in costs: First month's rent = $1400 Last month's rent = $1400 Half month refundable security deposit = $700 TOTAL = $3500 (we can offer a short-term installment option) If there is a pet - $400 fully refundable pet deposit Tenant is responsible for electric and garbage service. Water usage is included in the rent. Employment, renter, and criminal background checks. Tenant to provide proof of adequate renter's insurance upon renting. No pets without prior approval. (dogs to be at least 16 months old). NO TOBACCO USE inside house and no processing of cannabis products. The home is not visible from the road - no trespassing up long driveway Shown by appointment only. Please do not disturb the current tenants. Note: This property is located between Elmira and Cheshire (although the post office address is Junction City). Please also note that this is rural country living. No cable services.
