No overnight guests or additional occupants are permitted at any time without prior written consent from the Owner. Pets No pets of any kind are permitted on the premises, including but not limited to dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, or other animals. Violation of this provision shall constitute a material breach of the Lease. Smoking Smoking, vaping, or the use of tobacco, cannabis, or any other smoking substances is strictly prohibited inside the dwelling unit and anywhere on the property. Any violation shall be considered a material breach of the Lease and may result in termination and/or financial liability for damages. Furnishings The premises are leased as a fully furnished unit.
