This is an academic rental, Sept/Oct to May. This property is in Niantic/East Lyme on the Niantic River. The property overlooks the Niantic River with a stairway down to the dock. The main level of the house has a full kitchen living room two bedrooms new newly renovated bathroom with a full sunporch overlooking the Niantic River. The lower level has a newly renovated kitchen and living area. There is one bedroom at this level. At this level you walk out to a full patio with a grilling area and plenty of seating. We belong to an association with a large deck and a small beach area. There is a power boat on the dock that the landlord will need access to. The landlords reserve the right to access the boat and will make every effort to inform the renters when using the boat. The landlord will take care of the grounds and will need access to the workshop. The renters will be responsible for snow removal. Renter responsible for internet, electric and propane. There is an additional $100./month fee with a pet. No cats. Please note. This is an academic rental from September or October through May. Includes cleaning service at the end of November, the end of March and June 1.
