The primary bedroom has a king size bed with luxury mattress and storage drawers underneath and a 6' square walk in closet in addition to floor to ceiling 4' x 2' built in closets. There is also a large storage closet on the front porch. A pet is negotiable. A desk and office area is provided in the second bedroom and in the living area. The dining table has an extension to accommodate the six chairs available. There is one covered and one assigned parking space and an abundance of additional open parking on the adjacent road. I have provided high speed internet via Comcast and there are 3 Roku Smart Tcl TVs in the living area, primary and 2nd bedroom. A convenient gas fireplace with gorgeous granite floor to ceiling surround and battery operated candles which creates a cosy and romantic ambiance at the end of your day. The complex is very peaceful and there are hiking trails from the property and access to Veteran's Park below. This truly is a quiet oasis and yet is minutes to the Ocean and Carmel via highways 1 and 68 and local and prestigious golf courses, CHOMP is a mile down the road and other hospitals and learning centers are very close by. This property is available for a 3 month minimum rental and is available from September 1, 2026 and is available for viewing through March 31st. It is rented from April 1st through August 31st but I can forward a video to your email.
