The application fee for these, is a nonrefundable fee of $75 per person. Pets must be approved by home owner in advance. Pet deposit is a nonrefundable fee of $500 per pet. Vet records will be checked prior to rental agreement being signed. Only two vehicles are allowed on the premises. If there are children living in the home that has a vehicle, it can be kept on the property with prior approval. There will not be any vehicles that are not working or any type of parts or debris will be allowed on or around the property or on the street. No loud music or parties unless prior approval from the land lord and tenant must advise all of the surrounding neighbors prior to the event. Smoking in the home is never allowed. If smoking outside the home, the proper precautions MUST be taken. Tenant must maintain the yard & trees, watering required twice a week. Water hoses have been left to ensure ease of completing. All of the property must be mowed every other week at a minimum. Winter time yard maintenance will be flexible as the season allows. Trash is never allowed to be left or collected in the yard with the exception of trash pick-up days. It is the renter's responsibility to keep track of trash pick-up days. Security deposit is required upon application approval. The first month's rent is due before the key and signed lease is handed over to the tenant. Rent is due on or before the first of the month. There will be a $50 late fee if rent is not paid by the 3rd day of the month. A $25 fee for each day following the initial 3 days that rent is not paid will be assessed. Appliances that were left in the home (other than the stove) will not be replaced by the owner. Renter agrees to inform the home owner ASAP if an appliance stops functioning. Tenant must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement when submitting their application.
