I can lounge in the back enclosed porch overlooking the peaceful large backyard or I can watch the hustle and bustle from the front enclosed porch. I enjoy having a newly remodeled kitchen, new flooring throughout much of my home as well as my remodeled double sink bath. My 21 x 11.4 bedroom on the main floor has large windows that allows me a view of the lovely backyard and has two nice size closets. It's nice to have a formal dining room off the kitchen and a place for my office and sitting room between the kitchen and the back porch. This is a great place for me to have an in-home business as it has Jolly Rd exposure and my clients can come to my office through the back porch. All of my extra stuff can be stored in the basement and also in the loft in the 2 plus car garage. With 2 additional bedrooms upstairs and being in Okemos schools, I have a lot of home for a little price and the newer roof along with new refrigerator and gas stove give me peace of mind.
