There are super nice local Berkeley property managers at Lapham and Co where you would apply. They offer a 1 year lease and are very easy to work with. They just cannot legally advertise themselves until I am actually moved out. I can vacate any time.I can move to my new house 1/16 but if I need to move out earlier in order to get the apartment rented, I can go to an in between place and be out within 2 days.
