deck and above ground pool 4 foot high by 15 foot round with fenced in yard, as is sale, good for contractor or handyman this a fixer upper It only has a pellet stove( new this year) it will need a whole house heater. We were only able to put a new roof (25 year shingles) on one side the other side is still qriginal slate and will have to be replaced at some point The plumbing and electrical are in working order. We are still living in the house and it would be a great house with just a little work. I am moving South
