You will have three parking spots available, not assigned, on a first-come, first-served basis, labeled 'Visitor'. Situated in a gated community with a security guard, this apartment offers easy access to local attractions: USF is just 5 minutes away (2.2 miles), MOSI is 8 minutes away (4.2 miles), Busch Gardens Tampa is an 11-minute drive (4.5 miles), Takomah Trail Park is a 10-minute drive (5.1 miles), and Lettuce Lake Park is a 13-minute drive (5.9 miles). The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge.
