Half of duplex available for subleasing in a neighborhood close to highway 94 with nearby parks and trails. I am subleasing a room in half of a duplex. My roommate David (31) and I (25) share the apartment, so 2 out of the 4 rooms are taken. I will be moving out in mid November of this year (leaving David as the only tenant), so we are looking for someone (preferably male) to fill my spot, which will be available October 1st, 2022. Our property manager WILL require a separate (no cost) application for the new tenant before they can be considered to move in. Total rent is $1,400/month; currently between us it is $700 each. Our lease ends May 31st, 2023. Rent is due at the end of the month to the property manager, paid by check. No smoking or pets. Single car garage with spot for another in the driveway with parking on the street. Utilities (gas/electric) and internet are paid for by the tenant. The property manager covers lawn care, water, and santitary. Snow clearing is done by tenants. Apartment is mostly furnished with David's belongings.
