Our property is expansive and includes a Studio, Penthouse, and a 1-bedroom unit, each offering complete privacy and separation from one another, please note: the other units will be rented out separately. The main house has exclusive access to the part of the backyard and its amenities. Guests in the Studio and Penthouse will need to use the backyard pathways to access their respective units. Guests have full access to the main 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, as well as the backyard firepit and outdoor furniture. Feel free to reach out with any questions or requests. No smoking or shoes. Tenant pays a flat rate of $500 per month for all utilities (wifi, water, electric, gas). Tenant responsible for trash.
