About the room: We have a good size room for rent for 1250/m including utilities (water, gas, electricity, Internet, garbage). It is mostly furnished. It has a huge closet/dresser and an optional bed. If you don't need the furniture, we are happy to provide an empty room and all the furniture will be taken out upon move in. You'll get a shared bathroom + kitchen + in-unit washer dryer + boat to lake along the beautiful lagoon, which stretches from Robert Davey Jr. Rd. all the way to Aughinbaugh Dr. Please note the bathroom is pretty big and you'll share with only 1 person.
