I know some people like gas stoves so I wanted to put that out there. We have put in a 2 bedroom apartment behind the home. There will be no common space shared except we will keep some things in the basement but will provide plenty of room for your storage. . We take care of anything that comes up with the house immediately. The nice thing is that we will be around to make sure that anything that needs done will get done asap. Our realtor suggests that we should rent our home for $1800.00 - $2100.00 plus utilities. We are going to rent it for 1700.00/month. However that price also includes utilities up to $400.00 for the electric bill. You will only pay the difference above $400.00. That should rarely if ever occur if you are watching the utilities. We will also pay for your internet and cable and trash. We have Time Warner. You will only pay extra on cable if you want premium channels and you pay for any extra dvr boxes.
